Prior to joining CraneWorks, Tracy Schubert was a key figure at JTB Human Capital Solutions LLC, where she has been offering executive HR consulting services since March 2023. Schubert’s approach at JTB has focused on empowering organizations through strategic HR initiatives, which include leadership coaching, talent management, and enhancing organizational culture.
Before founding JTB, Schubert held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Crestwood Equity Partners LP from February 2020 to April 2022. At Crestwood, she was instrumental in leading HR strategies across various states, driving key ESG initiatives, and playing a crucial role in the company’s mergers and acquisitions.
