Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, September 2024 – Treston Knight has joined FMC Corporation as the new Head of Learning and Development. In this leadership role, Treston will oversee the development of innovative learning programs and leadership initiatives, ensuring that FMC’s employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive the company’s mission of sustainable innovation in agriculture.
Before joining FMC, Treston Knight spent nearly 5 years at Quest Diagnostics, where he served as Director of Learning and Leadership Development. In this capacity, Treston played a crucial role in shaping the company’s leadership programs and aligning learning initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
Prior to that, Treston served as Senior Manager of Learning and Leadership Development at Quest, where he implemented impactful coaching and strategy programs to enhance employee performance and leadership across the organization.
In addition to his corporate roles, Treston was an Adjunct Faculty Member at George Mason University’s School of Business, contributing to the academic community by teaching and mentoring future business leaders.
Earlier in his career, Treston founded HumanCapitalWorks LLC, a professional services firm, where he provided strategic guidance on organizational science and human capital challenges for clients.
