Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Vikas Mendiratta has started a new position as Head of Business Development – NCR at NeoLiv, taking charge of driving growth, land acquisition, and strategic partnerships across the National Capital Region. In this role, he will play a critical part in advancing NeoLiv’s vision of building a transparent, well-governed, and customer-centric residential real estate platform focused on durable middle-income housing.
In his current role as Head of Business Development – NCR at NeoLiv, Vikas Mendiratta leads business development strategy and execution across Delhi-NCR, with a focus on identifying, structuring, and closing high-quality residential development opportunities aligned with the platform’s long-term investment philosophy.
Immediately prior, he served as General Manager – Business Development at NeoLiv, where he was instrumental in strengthening the company’s presence in NCR, supporting transaction evaluation, deal structuring, and stakeholder engagement as the platform scaled its development and fund management capabilities.
Before joining NeoLiv, Vikas spent over two years at Birla Estates, where he handled Business Development – North India, sourcing and closing transactions across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. His responsibilities included financial modelling, deal structuring, negotiations, documentation, and board approvals, working closely with channel partners and landowners.
Earlier, he built a strong foundation at Godrej Properties Limited, holding multiple leadership roles across sales, channel management, and business development in North India. During this phase, he led upcountry and cross-sales initiatives, established new markets, devised go-to-market strategies, and played a key role in landmark project launches, including high-rise residential developments in Delhi-NCR.
Vikas began his professional journey as a structural engineer at Vintech Consultants & Project Managers, where he worked on the design and analysis of high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects across India. This early technical grounding continues to inform his structured, detail-oriented approach to real estate development and deal evaluation.
