Vikas began his professional journey with internships at Accenture and Dell Perot Systems, building early expertise in HR processes, recruitment, and learning and development. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Bengaluru.
