At SANY America, Boland quickly established herself as a key leader, driving strategic initiatives as Assistant Vice President, North America. Prior to SANY, she spent eight years at Univar Solutions, holding positions such as Finance Director, where she streamlined financial operations and led teams across multiple regions.
Her leadership journey also includes roles at ChemPoint, where she served as Financial Director, managing a team of 20 and earning a reputation as a trusted advisor across the organization. Boland’s early career at KPMG US as a Senior Audit Associate provided her with a strong foundation in audit and financial compliance, which she has carried through her career.
