New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt, December 2024 – Yousief Behary has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Al Marasem Group. In this pivotal role, Yousief will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the group’s talent acquisition processes and strengthen its employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
With over a decade of experience in human resources and talent management, Yousief brings a wealth of expertise to Al Marasem Group. Prior to this role, he served as HR Development Head at Atrium Quality Contractors, where he successfully implemented performance management systems, led organizational development strategies, and oversaw talent development initiatives for nearly two years.
Before that, Yousief held the position of Talent Management Head (People Partner) at Elsewedy Industries Group, where he spearheaded talent identification programs, developed leadership and rotational programs, and implemented comprehensive succession planning. His role also included defining workforce needs and designing employer branding strategies to strengthen the organization’s appeal in the job market.
Earlier in his career, Yousief served as Talent Management Supervisor at EGIC – Egyptian German Industrial Corporate, where he was instrumental in implementing recruitment programs, workforce analysis, and employer branding initiatives. He also contributed significantly to the organizational development strategies and employee engagement activities at Talaat Moustafa Group, where he worked for over six years in various roles.
Yousief holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School, further solidifying his expertise in the HR domain.
