Montreal, Quebec, Canada, June 2024 – Kyle MacIntosh has joined TC Transcontinental as the new Vice President HR Technology & Shared Services. Bringing extensive experience in HR processes, organizational development, and business systems, Kyle is set to lead initiatives to enhance HR technology and shared services, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
Before joining TC Transcontinental, Kyle served as the Director of HR Processes & Information at VIA Rail Canada for nearly five years. In this role, he led the transformation of HR processes and information systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational excellence. He also managed organizational change, conflict resolution, and employee relations, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Prior to that, Kyle was the Director of Employee Experience at PSP Investments for over a year. He focused on enhancing the employee experience through strategic initiatives, global projects, and performance management. He also played a key role in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
Kyle’s earlier tenure at PSP Investments included his role as the Senior Manager of Payroll & HR Operations, where he managed payroll operations and HR functions, driving efficiency and scalability in a multi-country environment.
At Rio Tinto, Kyle held several positions over nearly seven years, including HR Manager Payroll, Payroll Superintendent, and Specialist, Employee Services. During his time there, he developed and implemented business processes, organizational change management strategies, and HR information systems that supported the company’s global operations.
Kyle also gained valuable experience at ADP, where he served as a New Client Integration Consultant and Learning Consultant. He focused on client integration, business process improvement, and organizational change management.
Earlier in his career, Kyle worked at Nordia Inc. as a Team Manager Training and at Shaw Direct as a Territory Manager, Atlantic Canada.
