Ireland, August 2024 – Cat Kiely has been appointed as the Vice President, People & Culture at Advanced Clinical. In her new role, Cat will lead the company’s human resources and cultural initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, leadership development, and aligning HR strategies with Advanced Clinical’s mission to improve the lives of those touched by clinical research.
Prior to joining Advanced Clinical, Cat Kiely served as the Human Resources Director at Flutter International for 10 months, where she managed HR operations and drove cultural transformation across the organization.
Before that, Cat was the Country HR Head Ireland at Novartis for over 7 years, where she played a pivotal role in supporting a team of around 900 employees, leading major transformation programs, and aligning HR initiatives with regional and global strategies.
Earlier in her career, Cat held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at Oracle for nearly 4 years, where she led HR initiatives across EMEA, managed several successful employee relations cases, and acted as Ad-interim Head of HR for a period.
In addition to these roles, Cat has extensive experience in HR leadership positions at Nielsen, RPS Group, and ISS Facility Services Ireland. Her career spans various aspects of HR including recruitment, talent management, change management, and organizational culture.
