New York, United States – October 2024 – Stuart Logan has started a new position as the Head of People Services and Experience at Digital Realty, a global leader in data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions. In this strategic role, Stuart will focus on driving employee engagement, streamlining HR operations, and enhancing the employee experience (EX) across the organization. As part of the HR leadership team, he will collaborate closely with HR, IT, operations, and executive teams to implement scalable HR systems that align with the company’s digital infrastructure goals.
Prior to joining Digital Realty, Stuart Logan was the Managing Director – Global HRBP Operations, Technology & People Experience at BNY Mellon for five years. In this role, he led HR initiatives for over 33,000 employees, utilizing design thinking, journey mapping, and analytics to drive employee engagement and digital transformation across the organization.
Before BNY Mellon, Stuart served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SoftServe, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s rapid growth from 3,500 to over 7,500 employees. He was instrumental in launching Workday and other HR technology solutions while leading global HR transformations and enhancing talent strategies.
Earlier in his career, Stuart was the Vice President of Human Resources (Americas & European Region, Products, IT, and Sales) at Tata Communications. He led a team of 50+ HR professionals, implemented HR systems, and aligned HR services with global business strategies, serving a diverse employee base across regions.
He also held senior HR roles at Avaya, where he was responsible for global talent acquisition, employee experience initiatives, and leading strategic HR projects, including the integration of Avaya’s acquisition of Nortel.
