Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, December 2024 – Aimen Saeed has been appointed as the Head of People at Liquid Technologies, where she will oversee HR strategy and operations to align with the company’s growth objectives. In this hybrid role, Aimen will lead initiatives in talent management, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Liquid Technologies, Aimen served as a Human Resources Consultant at Interact AWZ Consultancy for over a year. Her work included aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing recruitment efforts, and implementing HR systems to drive process automation. She also contributed to fostering workplace culture and compliance.
Aimen was previously a Human Resource Business Partner at Muller & Phipps Pakistan, where she collaborated with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives. She focused on leadership development, performance management, and building a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
Earlier in her career, Aimen held the position of Manager Talent and Organisational Development at Liquid Technologies, where she implemented talent pipelines, succession planning, and training programs. Her efforts included fostering a positive work culture and leading organizational change initiatives.
She also served as an Assistant Manager HR Business Partner South Zone at PTCL | UFONE Business Solutions, contributing to recruitment programs, employee engagement activities, and leadership development initiatives. Her tenure at PTCL showcased her ability to manage large-scale employee engagement and training programs.
Aimen’s early career included roles such as Human Resource Trainee at Fun City Pakistan and an Intern at Huawei Technologies, where she developed foundational expertise in HR and supply chain management.
