London, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Suddy Bharaj has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at EA-RS Group Ltd. In his new role, Suddy will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the group, leveraging his extensive expertise in finance transformation, corporate governance, and operational management to drive sustainable growth and customer satisfaction for the group’s specialist fire, life safety, and security companies across the UK and Ireland.
Suddy has been with EA-RS Group Ltd since February 2023, serving in pivotal financial roles, including Interim Group Finance Director and Divisional Finance Director, where he successfully navigated key financial transformations and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining EA-RS, Suddy was the Interim Director of Finance Transformation at Vibrant Foods, a PE-backed group, where he played a critical role in streamlining finance operations and driving efficiency.
His career includes a notable tenure at Patisserie Holdings plc, where he served as Group Financial Controller during the company’s lifecycle, from IPO to its eventual sale. At Housing 21, Suddy was instrumental in leading restructuring initiatives and technical accounting for a £200M business. His earlier experience includes roles at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and Deloitte UK, where he specialized in external audit, IFRS transitions, and due diligence assignments.
