Justin Longoria’s career reflects a robust background in HR technology and analytics. Prior to his current role, Justin served as the Human Resource Information System Manager at Castle Group, where he led the configuration and optimization of HR systems, ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. Earlier, as a Human Resources Information System Analyst, he was instrumental in employee training and system configuration, showcasing his ability to enhance HR functionality through technology.
Before joining Castle Group, Justin worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Business Intelligence Specialist, where he honed his project management and analytical skills. His tenure at Ultimate Software included roles such as Business Intelligence Support and Customer Success Specialist, solidifying his expertise in employee training and technology solutions.
Justin’s professional journey began in education as a Special Education Teacher at the Palm Beach County School District, where he utilized innovative technology to support students with autism, demonstrating his ability to integrate tools for impactful outcomes.
