Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2025 – Monica Hembrick has taken on the role of Senior Director, Human Resources North America at Capgemini Invent, the consulting and digital transformation arm of the Capgemini Group. In her new position, Monica will serve as a trusted advisor for one of the Global Business Lines, driving the overarching people agenda by integrating local and global priorities in alignment with Capgemini’s strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Capgemini Invent, Monica worked as a Manager at KPMG LLP for over two years, based in Atlanta. During her tenure, she played a critical role in advising on and implementing human resource strategies to optimize talent management and organizational growth.

Monica’s significant career highlights include her 16-year tenure at Zelis Healthcare, where she held the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She was instrumental in leading HR initiatives for the mid-cap healthcare technology company, focusing on integrated cost management and payments solutions. Her strategic HR leadership supported the organization’s expansion into nationwide markets.
Earlier in her career, Monica served as Human Resources Director at Stratose, where she dedicated eight years to enhancing HR operations and processes, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
