London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Nina Göthberg has joined Aman as Regional Director of Human Resources, EMEA & Americas. In this key leadership role, Nina will oversee the HR strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, aligning Aman’s talent practices with its mission to redefine luxury lifestyles and experiences.
Nina brings extensive expertise in HR leadership from global organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President People Partnering – Brands & Consumer Markets at De Beers Group, where she led HR strategies across multiple brands and regions. Her accomplishments included implementing talent acquisition programs, driving employee engagement initiatives, and spearheading organizational change efforts that reduced costs and enhanced team alignment.
Prior to De Beers, Nina was HR Director at Wasabi Sushi & Bento, where she successfully decreased employee turnover by 36% and implemented innovative HR strategies that supported the company’s expansion across the UK and New York City. She also served as Global Human Resources Director at CÉ LA VI, where she contributed to organizational growth and led talent acquisition for executive-level roles.
Earlier in her career, Nina held leadership roles at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Accor Asia Pacific, where she developed and executed HR strategies for regional offices and hotel operations across Asia Pacific, demonstrating her ability to drive cultural and organizational transformation.
