Switzerland, February 2025 – Kshitij Bhusari has been appointed as Head HR CRD/GF-India & Global HR CTO at Schindler Group. In his new role, Kshitij will lead strategic HR initiatives, fostering talent development, and enhancing HR processes globally. His leadership will focus on driving operational excellence and aligning HR strategies with business goals across multiple regions.
Before assuming his current role, Kshitij Bhusari served as Vice President Human Resources at Schindler India, where he played a pivotal role in transforming talent strategies and leading HR operations. During his tenure, he developed programs to enhance employee engagement and foster organizational growth, ensuring alignment with Schindler’s global vision.

Prior to this, Kshitij held the position of Head of Talent Development and Schindler University (Non-Tech) at Schindler India, where he focused on leadership development and capability-building programs. His initiatives significantly impacted the organization’s talent pipeline and succession planning efforts.
Earlier in his career, Kshitij worked with the Mahindra Group as an HR Business Partner. He was responsible for end-to-end HR operations for the Agri business unit and was part of the Shadow Board for two consecutive years, contributing to strategic projects under the mentorship of the CEO.
Kshitij also gained experience in Employee Relations at Saint-Gobain Abrasives and managed HR and Industrial Relations for Greenfield Projects at Marico Limited, where he was instrumental in setting up factories and establishing people practices.
