Before joining Tata Projects, Vaibhav Palan served as Head of Digital & Core Technologies APAC at Holcim, where he led the digital roadmap for the APAC region. His tenure saw the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions, including cloud migrations, intelligent automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies, driving significant value for the organization.

Vaibhav’s earlier roles include Customer Engagement Director at Mercator Solutions, Regional CIO at Cox & Kings, and various leadership positions at NIIT Technologies, showcasing his consistent ability to lead and implement transformative technologies across industries.
