In her new role, she will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring a strong and inclusive culture as Classic Collision continues to grow in the automotive repair industry.
Before joining Classic Collision, Victoria was Chief Human Resources Officer at Pritchard Industries, where she played a key role in driving workforce transformation and enhancing HR processes. During her tenure, she led talent strategy, cultural initiatives, and executive leadership programs, strengthening the organization’s HR framework across multiple locations.
Prior to Pritchard Industries, Victoria served as Chief Human Resources Officer at DropCar and Regional Vice President – Higher Education at Aramark. At DropCar, she was responsible for HR transformation and workforce engagement strategies, while at Aramark, she managed a $900M portfolio across 59 college and university accounts, leading operational efficiency, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Victoria spent over 14 years at Target, where she held leadership roles including Director of District Operations and District Manager. She was instrumental in driving business turnarounds, improving employee retention, and implementing workforce strategies across multiple locations. Her deep expertise in HR transformation and people leadership makes her a valuable asset to Classic Collision’s executive team.
