New York, United States, February 2025 – Ashlie Sapiro has transitioned into the role of Director, Chief People & Culture Officer Initiatives at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). With nearly eight years of experience in Creative Development at WBD, she brings a unique blend of strategic leadership, business relationship management, and project execution to the People & Culture (P&C) team.
In her new role, Ashlie will work closely with WBD’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the broader P&C leadership team to drive strategic HR initiatives across the company. Her expertise in content development, interpersonal relationship management, and project execution will be instrumental in shaping WBD’s people strategy, workforce development, and organizational culture.
Before transitioning into HR leadership, Ashlie held several key roles within Warner Bros. Discovery and HBO Max. Most recently, she was Director, Drama Programming at HBO Max, where she played a pivotal role in developing original content and overseeing programming strategy. Prior to that, she served as Manager of Original Content, spearheading scripted television projects and working closely with writers, producers, and creative executives.
Her earlier experience includes working as Assistant to Kevin Reilly at HBO Max, providing strategic support to senior leadership. Before joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Ashlie worked at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as a Scripted Television Assistant, where she collaborated with high-profile clients, managed key entertainment projects, and contributed to major television productions.
