Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Harshwardhan Singh Rathor has stepped into the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at SASMOS HET Technologies Limited. In this pivotal role, he will lead the company’s talent strategy, helping SASMOS continue its journey as a leader in Aerospace, Defence, and Advanced Manufacturing by strengthening its people capability to match its global ambitions.
Prior to this appointment, Harshwardhan served as Human Resources Manager at Exide Energy Solutions Limited, where he played a critical role in driving end-to-end hiring for one of India’s first lithium-ion gigafactories. Before that, he was Talent Acquisition Partner at H&M Group’s India Production Office, where he led talent acquisition initiatives focusing on turnaround time, quality, and cost efficiency while also collaborating closely with HRBPs and the rewards function.
Earlier in his career, Harshwardhan worked with UltraTech Cement as Zonal HR for South Zone and Rest of Maharashtra, where he led talent acquisition and management for three business verticals—Grey Cement Marketing, Ready Mix Concrete, and Building Product Division. His earlier stints included serving as Senior Officer – HR at Toyota Boshoku Automotive India Pvt Ltd, and as HR Business Partner at Jio, where he anchored HR operations for network infrastructure development across 28 telecom circles, driving large-scale hiring and performance management projects.
Harshwardhan’s journey began with roles at Dharma Life, Northern Trust, Firstsource, and an HR Internship at ING Vysya Life Insurance, where he built a strong foundation in recruitment operations, talent acquisition frameworks, and HR analytics. A graduate from Xavier Institute of Social Service with a PGDPM in Personnel Management, he brings over a decade of diverse HR experience across manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, telecom, and energy sectors.
