Cairo, Egypt, May 2025 – Hadeer Zaki has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Ora Developers Egypt, marking a significant leadership milestone in her HR journey with the organization. In her new position, she will lead the company’s HR strategy, drive people-centric initiatives, and support Ora Developers’ commitment to cultivating a culture of sustainability, innovation, and community.
Hadeer has been with Ora Developers Egypt for over five years, steadily rising through the ranks. Most recently, she served as HR Manager – Business Partner, where she played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and strengthening workforce engagement. Her earlier roles at the company include HR Business Partner and Human Resources Senior Specialist, where she led several operational and strategic initiatives across performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
Before joining Ora Developers, Hadeer served as Human Resources Executive at Pyramid Hills, contributing to HR operations in the real estate development sector for more than five years. She also worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Gocom Investments, where she supported top leadership with key administrative, communication, and coordination responsibilities.
She began her career at Solvay Pharmaceuticals Egypt, where she worked as an Administrative Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in sales and marketing support, medical insurance, and HR administrative processes.
