In her new role, Priya will lead the strategic direction of talent acquisition across lateral, campus, and leadership hiring, aligning workforce planning with business growth.
Over the past two years, Priya served as Senior Manager – HR, where she led key initiatives in early career hiring, diversity recruitment, and talent retention. Her role as the All India campus lead saw her building strong talent pipelines in collaboration with leading academic institutions. She played a pivotal role in driving improvements in hiring quality, time-to-fill, and offer-to-join ratios.
