In this role, she will lead both HR and safety functions, reinforcing the company’s strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and people development.
Kristina has been an integral part of Davids Hydro Vac for over four years. Most recently, she served as Director of Safety and Compliance, where she oversaw safety operations across job sites and played a vital role in embedding a culture of safety throughout the organization. She also previously held the role of Safety Manager, ensuring operational excellence with safety as a top priority.
Prior to her tenure at Davids Hydro Vac, Kristina spent over 15 years at EJM Pipe Services, Inc., where she held multiple roles including Project Management Specialist, Human Resources Administrative Officer, and Accounting Administrative Assistant. Her time at EJM honed her cross-functional expertise in project coordination, HR operations, compliance, and finance. Her contributions spanned HR policy implementation, employee engagement, union collaboration, and operational support for field and office teams.
Earlier in her career, Kristina also worked as an Orthodontic Dental Assistant at Falls Orthodontics, demonstrating her versatility and hands-on approach across diverse industries.
