Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, June 2025 – Kavan Jhaveri has stepped into the role of Vice President – Human Resources at Envision Business Solution, bringing over a decade of expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational strategy to the global outsourcing and mortgage services leader. Based in Ahmedabad, Kavan will drive people strategy across Envision’s rapidly expanding India operations, supporting its mission to deliver transformational solutions to clients in the US mortgage ecosystem.
Prior to joining Envision Business Solution, Kavan Jhaveri was Vice President – Human Resources at Doublene Technology LLC. In this role, he led HR operations and human capital management across multiple geographies, including India, the USA, and the UK, with a strong focus on policy development, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee engagement within IT and healthcare recruitment.
Previously, Kavan held the same title at Elixir Recruitment Services, where he managed comprehensive HR and recruitment functions for healthcare, IT, finance, and engineering domains in India, the UK, the USA, and the UAE. His responsibilities spanned policy design, workforce planning, L&D, appraisal, and operational management, positioning him as a strategic leader in global talent acquisition and HR analytics.
Earlier in his career, Kavan Jhaveri was Human Resources Manager at Your Healthcare Global (formerly Your Nurse) in the UK, where he played a key role in NHS staffing, compliance, and recruitment operations across multiple countries. His background also includes leadership roles at eMentalist Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. as Team Lead, as well as senior recruitment consultant positions at The MeritPlus Group and QX Global Group, building deep domain knowledge in staffing, workforce planning, and international recruitment.
Kavan holds an MBA in Marketing from Gujarat Technological University and is widely recognized for his expertise in HR strategy, compliance, organizational planning, and leadership development.
