Delhi, India, August 2025 – Rajat Shah has been appointed as Vice President – Human Resources at OneShield, a global provider of SaaS business solutions for P&C insurers and MGAs. In his new role, Shah will lead the company’s HR strategy across global offices, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and aligning people initiatives with OneShield’s business objectives.
Shah brings over 17 years of leadership experience across HR, training, and organizational development. He has been with OneShield since September 2024, serving as Director – Knowledge, where he helped strengthen organizational learning, knowledge management, and employee development initiatives.
Prior to joining OneShield, Shah held leadership roles across diverse industries. At Junglee Games, he served as Associate Director – Training and Quality and Senior Manager – Training & Quality, where he built learning frameworks and quality improvement programs. At OLX Autos, he worked for nearly four years, advancing from Lead to Senior Manager – Customer Experience, driving operational excellence and customer engagement.
Earlier, Shah spent over a decade at Barclays, starting as a Trainer at Barclays Shared Services before becoming Training Manager, leading learning programs and capability-building initiatives across teams. His expertise spans employee engagement, workforce training, knowledge development, and HR strategy.
Shah holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, as well as a Diploma in Training from the Indian Society for Training & Development.
