United States, August 2025 – Michelle Mulcare has joined insightsoftware as Vice President, Human Resources, where she will play a key leadership role in aligning talent strategies with the company’s ambitious growth and global expansion. With a strong background in organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR transformation, Michelle brings nearly three decades of deep expertise in human capital leadership to her new position.
Michelle most recently served as Vice President, People Business Partner for North America, India, Romania, and Israel at Sage, where she led HR strategy for over 3,000 employees across global locations. She was instrumental in designing a new Global People Operating Model, directing organizational restructuring, standardizing compensation frameworks, and harmonizing HR operations across India. Her leadership advanced a culture of trust and high performance while navigating complex cross-cultural dynamics.
Earlier at Sage, Michelle held the role of VP, People Business Partner for North America, where she aligned people strategy with business goals across 2,300 employees. She supported four M&A integrations and championed initiatives like pulse surveys and role harmonization that improved leadership accountability and employee engagement.
She also served as HR Transformation Leader, Global VP of Human Resources, and Interim Chief People Officer, North America, where she led major structural and strategic shifts, including Sage’s move to a shared services model and the integration of key acquisitions like Intacct and Fairsail. Her experience in strategic due diligence and organizational design enabled smooth transitions and scalable growth.
Michelle’s journey at Sage spans more than 28 years, during which she progressed through numerous HR leadership roles—from HR Manager and Director to Senior Director of Talent Acquisition—demonstrating her dedication to evolving people functions in sync with changing business needs. Her enduring focus on building trust, communication, and leadership has made her a consistent force in driving business-aligned talent strategies.
