Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – KPMG India Delivery Network India (KDNI) has appointed Alankrita Singh as Director – KDNI, Learning & Development India Lead. In her new role, she will lead learning and development initiatives for the organization’s workforce, focusing on leadership development, AI-enabled learning ecosystems, capability building, workforce transformation, and future-ready talent strategies.
With more than 18 years of experience across talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational development, learning transformation, and HR strategy, Singh brings a strong track record of building high-performance cultures and scalable talent ecosystems across diverse industries.
Prior to joining KPMG India Delivery Network, Alankrita Singh served as Head – Learning & Development and Engagement at Indus Towers Limited, where she led enterprise-wide talent engagement and capability-building initiatives impacting approximately 3,700 employees and more than 18,000 associates and technicians. She played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, talent development framework, leadership programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, rewards and recognition systems, and employee engagement agenda.
One of her most notable achievements at Indus Towers was leading the culture and engagement strategy that helped the organization secure the prestigious Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for four consecutive years from 2023 through 2026. She also championed AI-enabled learning ecosystems, digital learning transformation, and workforce capability-building initiatives designed to prepare employees for an increasingly technology-driven future.
Before Indus Towers, Singh spent nearly three years with Genpact as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where she supported the Banking and Capital Markets business across global markets including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australia. Her responsibilities included talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, CEO talent reviews, rewards and recognition frameworks, and high-potential talent programs. During her tenure, Genpact received a Brandon Hall Gold Award for Best Talent Management Practices in 2021.
Earlier, she held leadership positions with Home Credit India, serving both as Director and Head HR – Airbank India Project and as AVP – HR, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. She played a central role in establishing the HR function for a new digital banking venture, leading workforce planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, HR policy development, and employee lifecycle management. She also spearheaded learning digitization initiatives, introduced modern learning methodologies, and established enterprise learning governance frameworks.
Prior to Home Credit, Singh spent nearly seven years with Aviva India as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where she partnered with multiple corporate functions including Finance, IT, Strategy, Legal, Marketing, Internal Audit, and HR. Her responsibilities spanned workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational restructuring, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering.
She began her professional journey with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where she served as Cluster Manager, gaining valuable experience in business operations, people management, and leadership development.
In her new position, Singh will focus on building a future-ready workforce by developing scalable learning strategies, advancing AI-enabled learning ecosystems, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Her appointment reflects KPMG Delivery Network India’s commitment to accelerating talent development and leveraging technology-driven learning to prepare employees for evolving business and client needs.
