Samantha brings over a decade of progressive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining Scott Group Studio, she served as Human Resources Manager at Metal Flow Corporation, where she played a key role in driving HR transformation and employee engagement initiatives across the organization. Her leadership in strengthening talent pipelines and enhancing workplace culture contributed significantly to operational excellence.
Before her tenure at Metal Flow, Samantha was the Director of Human Resources at Clark Retirement Community, where she led HR operations across multiple facilities, developing comprehensive strategies for recruitment, training, and employee satisfaction. Earlier in her career, she worked with Fettig as Recruiter and Account Manager, gaining valuable insights into workforce management and client partnerships.
Samantha began her HR career with HCR ManorCare, where she served as Human Resources Director, following her early experience as an HR Extern and Activity Assistant. Her background reflects a deep commitment to people-centric leadership and continuous professional development, values that align strongly with Scott Group Studio’s culture of craftsmanship and collaboration.
