In this strategic leadership role, Tom will oversee Lockton’s talent acquisition function across multiple markets, guiding a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners to strengthen the firm’s growth through exceptional people practices.
Tom, who previously served as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Lockton, has played a pivotal role in shaping recruitment operations and enhancing candidate experience across the UK and Ireland. His deep understanding of Lockton’s culture, combined with his expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and data-driven recruitment strategies, positions him well to lead the company’s talent agenda across Europe.
Before joining Lockton, Tom served as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Jensten, where he built and led the TA strategy for the entire group, driving organic growth and developing a strong employer brand. His earlier experience includes senior roles at Neevan, where he headed Client Acquisition and Strategic Partnerships; at the Medical Protection Society, where he drove executive and senior hiring; and at SF Recruitment and Sewell Wallis, where he specialized in executive search and recruitment consultancy.
With more than a decade of experience in global and executive talent acquisition, Tom brings a track record of building scalable TA functions that balance strategic hiring with long-term capability development. His leadership will further align Lockton’s people strategy with its mission to deliver excellence through independence, integrity, and collaboration.
