Simran Nair Appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Valueonshore (‘VOS’) Advisors

Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Simran Nair has started a new role as Vice President Human Resources at Valueonshore (‘VOS’) Advisors, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished HR leadership career. In this strategic position, she will drive people transformation, talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and culture stewardship across the firm’s rapidly scaling global operations.

Prior to joining Valueonshore Advisors, Simran served as Human Resources Director at Stem, Inc., where she led HR strategy for India operations while partnering closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders. Her work centred on building a high-performance culture, strengthening workforce capability, enabling digital HR transformation and advancing strategic DEI initiatives aligned to business scale and innovation.

Before Stem, Simran was Head of Human Resources at Hexagon Geosystems, where she played a pivotal role in workforce planning, digitalisation of HR processes, organisational restructuring, and strengthening capability frameworks. Her contributions included global audits, rewards and recognition design, leadership development, DEI programs, and the implementation of scalable recruitment and performance systems to support business growth.

Earlier in her career, Simran worked across several impactful roles including leadership development, employee experience, total rewards, talent management, HR process excellence and change enablement at PEARL Global Industries Ltd, S&P Global, Dell Technologies, Quark Software Inc., and Daksh E-Services (IBM Subsidiary). Across these roles she contributed to talent acceleration, HR governance, employee development and large-scale cultural transformation programs.

Simran Nair holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
