Greater Noida, India, November 2025 — Neurealm has announced the appointment of Altamash Vakil as Director – Total Rewards, a key leadership role that will drive the company’s global rewards strategy, benefits design, and AI-led HR automation. In his new role, Altamash will lead Total Rewards strategy and transformation initiatives across geographies, focusing on data-driven compensation design, benefits harmonization, and the integration of artificial intelligence into HR systems. He will also play a critical role in shaping Neurealm’s global pay equity and performance-linked compensation frameworks, enabling the company to align people strategy with business growth and innovation.

Prior to joining Neurealm, Altamash served as Global Head – Total Rewards at Birlasoft, where he pioneered the use of AI and Microsoft Copilot in compensation and benefits. He spearheaded the design of executive compensation programs, ESOPs, and long-term incentive plans, integrating ESG metrics and predictive analytics into pay structures. His leadership drove a digital-first rewards transformation that combined fairness, agility, and scalability across multiple geographies.

Before Birlasoft, he held senior roles at Jubilant Life Sciences, Travelex, and Colt Technology Services, where he managed large-scale global compensation operations across the US, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. His work in market benchmarking, variable pay design, and performance-based compensation helped modernize rewards frameworks across these organizations. Earlier in his career, Altamash held HR and compensation leadership roles at HCLTech and Asian Paints, building his foundation in global payroll, statutory compliance, and benefits governance.

With his career spanning India, APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA, Altamash has developed a deep understanding of multi-country compensation programs, benefits harmonization, and AI-led workforce analytics. His appointment underscores Neurealm’s commitment to leveraging digital innovation and data intelligence in building equitable and future-ready Total Rewards systems.
