Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Manoj Nair has started a new position as Senior Delivery Head – Talent Acquisition at Volibits. In this role, he will lead end-to-end talent acquisition delivery, strengthening hiring strategy and execution as Volibits scales its digital and business intelligence offerings across clients and markets.
Prior to joining Volibits, Manoj Nair spent over a year with SmartKargo as Lead – Ecommerce, where he supported talent and delivery needs for high-growth technology initiatives. His work focused on building teams aligned to product, platform, and client expansion priorities.
Before SmartKargo, he served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Jio Tesseract, contributing to specialized hiring across emerging technology domains. Earlier, at Birlasoft, he led senior-level talent acquisition efforts, partnering closely with business leaders to scale capability across delivery and technology functions.
A significant phase of Manoj Nair’s leadership journey was with Paramatrix Technologies Pvt Ltd., where he spent around three years as AVP – Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, overseeing HR operations alongside strategic hiring. Prior to this, he held senior HR and TA leadership roles at Clover Infotech and Godrej Infotech Ltd., building robust recruitment engines for enterprise technology programs.
Earlier in his career, Manoj Nair developed deep expertise in IT recruitment through long tenures with L&T Infotech and other recruitment organizations, handling ERP and non-ERP requirements, BFSI hiring, and international recruitment including H-1B programs—forming a strong foundation for his current delivery leadership role.
Manoj Nair holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Development from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, completed between 2015 and 2017, equipping him with advanced capabilities in HR strategy, organizational development, and people leadership.
