Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Reliance Industries Limited has elevated Himanshu Pathak to the position of Vice President – Strategy & Digital Transformation (Group Infrastructure). In his new leadership role, Pathak will spearhead the Integrated Operations Centre for Group Infrastructure Services and lead the digital transformation journey across the PCI (People, Culture and Infrastructure) value stream, strengthening enterprise-wide operational excellence and strategic digital capabilities.
At Reliance Industries Limited, Himanshu Pathak has built a distinguished leadership trajectory spanning over nine years. Before this elevation, he served as Senior General Manager – People (New Energy and Group Infrastructure), where he architected and executed the PCI transformation agenda for Reliance’s New Energy and Group Infrastructure businesses. His role focused on large-scale enterprise digitization, business transformation frameworks, and people-centric transformation programs.
Earlier, he held the position of Deputy General Manager – Lead Platform & Digitization (Group Corporate Services), driving enterprise digital platforms and operational digitization initiatives. He further contributed as Senior Manager – Process Excellence (Group Corporate Services) and Senior Manager – Process Improvement (Enterprise Business & HR), establishing strong process excellence architectures and governance models across corporate and HR functions.
Prior to Reliance, Pathak was associated with Indus Towers Limited, where he worked as Manager – Process Excellence, mentoring transformation initiatives across multiple Indian states. His earlier corporate engagements also include Piramal Enterprises Limited and Infosys BPM, where he handled quality, consulting, and manufacturing excellence functions, building a strong foundation in operational transformation and continuous improvement.
