Before this appointment, Roopam served as Lead Product Manager at Mastercard, where she played a pivotal role in defining product roadmaps, performance metrics, and end-to-end delivery for key digital initiatives. Her career prior to Mastercard includes a successful tenure at HSBC Software Development India Pvt. Ltd., where she advanced through multiple roles—Lead Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst—building deep expertise in internet banking, data analytics, and digital transformation programs.
