Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Bhakti Rana has been appointed as Group HR Head at Kunvarji Group, taking on the responsibility of leading the Group’s people strategy, organizational development initiatives, leadership capability building, and culture transformation agenda across its diversified business verticals.
Bhakti Rana brings with her over two decades of deep HR leadership and people management experience. In her most recent phase, she consciously undertook a strategic career break of about a year, which evolved into a purposeful leadership development phase. During this period, she served as Chief Collaboration Strategist at MentorMyBoard, where she strengthened boardroom leadership ecosystems, built multi-community alliances, mentored women entrepreneurs, and contributed to inclusive growth initiatives—preparing herself for future-ready enterprise leadership roles.
Prior to this, she was associated for nearly a year as Senior Consultant at HR Anexi, where she led Learning & Development and organizational restructuring initiatives, including the design of HR Bluebooks, leadership development frameworks, onboarding programs, performance management systems, and succession planning architectures, strengthening companies for scalable growth.
Earlier, she spent close to five years with Organic Recycling Systems Pvt. Ltd. as Head – People & Culture, leading end-to-end HR strategy, culture building, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives while aligning people practices with business growth imperatives. In parallel, she also played key roles with Blue Planet Yasasu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and plugHR, contributing to organizational development, talent management, and consulting-led HR transformation programs.
Her foundational leadership journey includes a long and impactful tenure of nearly a decade at Centrum Retail Services Limited as AVP – Human Resources (HRBP), where she drove talent acquisition, performance management, and people transformation across retail financial services. She also built her early consulting career with organizations such as CHR Global, SSISSI, and Head Hunters HR Pvt Ltd, giving her a strong grounding in recruitment, HR advisory, and talent consulting.
Bhakti Rana holds a Diploma in Organizational Behavior Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, equipping her with a strong academic foundation in people systems and organizational psychology.
