Before taking on the role of CEO Creative at Dentsu Creative / dentsu Indonesia, Rachelle Raymundo spent over eight years at RED Comm Indonesia, where she served as Managing Director (Terracotta, Merlot and Tomato) and developed a strong reputation for business strategy and management leadership.
Earlier, she worked with Mindshare for around two years as Client Lead, where she managed a business unit and led a team of 15 to deliver on client requirements—strengthening her leadership capabilities in client servicing and execution excellence.
She also built more than four years of foundational strategic experience at GroupM Indonesia, serving as Strategic Director, where she was responsible for driving communication strategy, building integrated planning approaches, and mentoring media planners to elevate strategic thinking and execution alignment with brand and business priorities.
Before moving into Indonesia-focused leadership roles, she served as Consumer Strategist at Carat Philippines, where she conducted consumer research for major brands and contributed to strategy development rooted in deep consumer insight, receptivity mapping, and category portfolio understanding.
Earlier in her career, she held roles including Senior Account Manager / Strategic Planner at Euro RSCG Philippines, and also built long-term advertising foundations through Euro RSCG (Havas Creative Network) where she developed expertise across account management, strategic planning, events, and multi-media execution, alongside mentoring and performance-driven account leadership.
