Before joining Valeur Fabtex, Dr. Roy had a transformative impact as the Chief HR Officer (as Advisor) at Mind Your Fleet (Kromozones Software Pvt. Ltd.) since September 2019. Additionally, she is the Founder & Chief Consultant at Wind Beneath The Wings Venture LLP, focusing on innovative HR solutions since May 2019.
Dr. Roy has been pivotal in directing HR strategies at major organizations such as SRL Diagnostics and Kuoni Group. At SRL Diagnostics, she led the HR function, overseeing strategy and profit & loss responsibilities, deeply integrating HR functions with corporate objectives. Her tenure at Kuoni Group was marked by her leadership across various business divisions, enhancing HR delivery and strategic deployment.
Further encapsulating her extensive career, Dr. Roy has developed expertise in operational and strategic HR roles at companies like Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Hitachi Home & Life Solutions, among others. Her early roles included significant stints at HCL Technologies and Bharti Telecom, where she was integral in developing HR frameworks and leading competency assessments.
