Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, February 2026 — Vani Edwardson has started a new position as Chief Operating Officer at Outwitly Inc., where she will lead operational strategy and execution to support the company’s continued growth in human-centred design, UX, and service innovation.
In addition to her new role, Vani Edwardson has been associated with Ryval Consulting as a fractional marketing and operations leader, including serving as Fractional CMO for Outwitly and holding senior fractional leadership roles across multiple SaaS and technology organizations. Through these engagements, she has driven brand strategy, marketing transformation, operational planning, and organizational scaling initiatives that support high-growth businesses.
Earlier, she served as Vice President, Marketing at Nanometrics Inc., where she built marketing strategies and teams to support revenue growth across government, energy, and mining sectors. She also spent over eight years at Macadamian, holding senior leadership roles including Vice President, Strategy, People & Brand and Vice President Global Marketing, where she led global marketing strategy, human resources transformation, and executive alignment initiatives.
Her earlier career includes senior marketing and strategy leadership roles at Mitel, Bell Canada, Innovapost, Marconi Wireless, Nortel Networks, and CGI, where she developed go-to-market strategies, managed large-scale marketing programs, and advised organizations on strategic growth and operational excellence. Vani Edwardson holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
