Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, February 2026 — Deepak Mishra has started a new position as Head of Human Resources Operations at DB Corp Ltd., where he will oversee enterprise HR operations and strengthen organizational effectiveness across the group. In this role, he is expected to lead operational HR strategy, digital HR systems, compliance, and workforce transformation initiatives aligned with business scale and performance.
Prior to joining DB Corp Ltd., Deepak Mishra spent over six years with CP Milk & Food Products Private Limited, most recently serving as CHRO. During his tenure, he led enterprise-wide HR transformation across multiple business verticals, built scalable digital HR systems, strengthened employer branding, and drove significant cost optimization and workforce expansion initiatives while partnering closely with founders and executive leadership.
Earlier, he served as Head HR, Jusda India at JUSDA Supply Chain Management International Co., Ltd., where he led HR operations across corporate and warehouse functions, building leadership capability and reinforcing a culture of accountability and performance.
Before that, Deepak Mishra held HR leadership and HR business partnering roles at Myntra, Genus Power Infrastructure Ltd., Nestlé India Ltd., and ITC Limited, along with early career experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles. Across these assignments, he built expertise in large-scale workforce management, organizational development, change management, and HR operations across manufacturing, supply chain, retail, and corporate environments.
