Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, February 2026 — Meenal Singh has joined L’Oréal as Senior HR Business Partner – Operations, SAPMENA, strengthening the beauty major’s people strategy across its South Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa operations landscape.
In her new role, Meenal will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance excellence across operations. Her mandate includes aligning HR frameworks with business growth objectives, enabling high-performance teams, and supporting transformation initiatives in a fast-evolving consumer and beauty ecosystem.
Prior to joining L’Oréal, Meenal served as Senior Manager – Cadre Hiring & Employer Branding at Reliance Industries Limited, where she led strategic hiring initiatives and strengthened employer branding frameworks. Earlier, she worked as HR Business Partner at Titan Company Limited, supporting the Jewellery Division (North) across brands such as Tanishq, Mia, and Zoya, driving regional HR strategy and talent management.
She also held roles in Talent Management & Employer Branding at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where she led large-scale HR initiatives including the implementation of an organization-wide Long Service Award policy covering over 1,200 employees and spearheaded a function fungibility mapping strategy across 380 employees.
Her early career includes extensive HR Business Partnering and Talent Management experience at Capgemini, where she managed employee lifecycle programs for over 1,700 employees in the SAP Service Line, led diversity initiatives, drove attrition management strategies, and conceptualized global HR leadership engagements. She also gained exposure through roles at IBM and other organizations, building a strong foundation in employee engagement and HR transformation.
