Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India – Zuci Systems has appointed Nathan NS as the new Senior Vice President of Human Resources, a move that promises to bolster the organization’s strategic human resource initiatives and drive future growth. Nathan brings with him a wealth of experience, having previously held several prestigious roles in human resources management and business strategy.

Before joining Zuci Systems, Nathan served as the Head and Vice President of Human Resources at Born Group for over 11 years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in creating robust HR strategies that significantly enhanced employee engagement and organizational development, aligning them with the company’s business goals. His strategic positioning and best practices played a crucial role in accelerating Born Group’s growth and maintaining its status as a leader in digital commerce solutions.
Prior to his long stint at Born Group, Nathan was deeply involved in HR management and strategic operations at Changepond Technologies. As Head of RMG Practice & HR from February 2012 to February 2013, he was acclaimed for his dynamic leadership in revamping HR functions and driving significant organizational changes that streamlined operations and enhanced employee performance.
Nathan’s career also includes a pivotal role at Maples ESM Technologies (MapOptis), where he led the HR department from December 2009 to March 2012. Here, he was responsible for overseeing strategic HR operations, developing policies, and introducing innovative HR practices that supported the company’s expansion and operational efficiency.
