Chicago, Illinois, United States, March 2026 – Prabhu Rammurthi has taken on a new role as Global People Partner at JLL, joining the leadership team of JLL Business Services (JBS) at a pivotal time as the organization advances its future of work and transformation agenda.
Prabhu has been with JLL for over seven years, progressing through multiple strategic HR leadership roles across geographies including Singapore and Chicago. Most recently, he served as Executive Director, Global People Partner, where he partnered with global corporate functions including HR, Marketing, Research, Legal, and Internal Audit, driving enterprise-wide people and talent strategies.
In his new role, Prabhu will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading the end-to-end people agenda for JLL Business Services. His mandate includes translating business strategy into impactful talent initiatives, strengthening leadership capability, building future-ready skills in the AI era, and enabling large-scale organizational transformation.
Prior to JLL, Prabhu spent over a decade with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he held senior HR leadership roles across APAC. His experience spanned HR strategy, global HR service delivery, talent management, and large-scale transformation programs across multiple countries.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with organizations such as HP, IBM, and EMA Partners, building deep expertise in workforce planning, executive hiring, and HR transformation.
With over 25 years of global HR leadership experience, Prabhu brings strong capabilities in organizational development, shared services operations, and strategic workforce transformation, positioning him to play a critical role in shaping JLL’s people strategy in an AI-driven future of work landscape.
