Kolkata, West Bengal, India, April 2026 – Kumar Saha has been promoted to the role of Executive Director at PwC India, marking a significant milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization spanning over 18 years.
In this elevated role, Kumar Saha will continue to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly in ERP-led manufacturing transformation. He brings deep expertise across Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, Quality Management, Environment Health & Safety, and Indirect Purchasing. His leadership has been instrumental in driving complex global transformation programs and delivering measurable business impact for clients.
Prior to this promotion, Kumar Saha served as Director at PwC India, where he led the ERP-led Manufacturing Transformation practice. In this role, he played a critical part in driving enterprise-wide transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and strategic program management across global engagements.
Earlier, he held the position of Associate Director at PwC India, during which he was on secondment to PwC US, working across key locations including New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Mexico City. This exposure strengthened his global consulting perspective and cross-market delivery capabilities.
Before that, he served as Manager at PwC India, contributing to multiple international assignments across PwC US, PwC China, and PwC Middle East, delivering transformation projects across diverse industries and geographies.
He began his consulting journey at PwC as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where he worked on SAP ECC implementations across sectors such as retail, chemicals, and heavy engineering, while also gaining global exposure through assignments in PwC Azerbaijan and PwC Kenya.
Prior to joining PwC, Kumar Saha worked with Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), where he played a key role in plant maintenance operations and SAP implementation as a core team member. He also gained early exposure through an internship at Siemens, building a strong technical foundation.
