Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 – Sandipa Chandorkar has taken up the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Foodlink F&B Holdings India Ltd.. In this role, she will lead the organization’s people and culture strategy, partnering closely with the founder and leadership team to drive transformation, scale readiness, and leadership alignment across a fast-growing, multi-brand hospitality business.
Prior to this appointment, Sandipa served as Head HR – KFC at Sapphire Foods India Limited, where she played a key role in strengthening HR practices for one of India’s leading QSR operators, contributing to people strategy and operational alignment in a high-growth environment.
Before that, she was associated with Burger King India as HR Business Partner, where she supported business leaders in driving talent development, leadership capability building, and strategic HR interventions across the organization during a phase of rapid expansion.
Earlier in her career, Sandipa held leadership roles as Head HR at Richfeel Health and Beauty and Head HR at JJ Hotels and Resorts, where she led end-to-end HR functions including talent management, compensation strategy, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
She also gained strong foundational experience with Team Global Logistic Pvt Ltd., Aspri Spirits Pvt Ltd, and C.S. Pvt Ltd, building deep expertise across HR generalist roles, employee engagement, and HR operations.
With over a decade of experience across hospitality, retail, and consumer-facing industries, Sandipa brings strong capabilities in strategic HR planning, organizational transformation, talent management, and culture building, positioning her well to lead Foodlink’s evolving people agenda.
