The elevation reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to drive strategic people initiatives, strengthen talent capabilities, and support the continued growth of India’s largest industrial and logistics real estate platform.
Having joined IndoSpace in a senior human capital leadership capacity, Prerak has been instrumental in advancing people strategies, talent management initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational development programs. In his expanded role as Deputy Vice President, he will continue to focus on building a high-performance culture, enhancing employee experience, strengthening leadership capabilities, and aligning human capital priorities with the company’s long-term business objectives.
Before joining IndoSpace, Prerak served as Assistant General Manager – HRBP at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd., where he played a key role in HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Prior to that, he worked with Adani Realty as HR Business Partner, leading HR responsibilities for the West Region and supporting business growth through strategic people interventions and workforce development programs.
Earlier in his career, Prerak held HR leadership and talent management roles with Arvind Limited, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., and Essel Infraprojects, building extensive expertise across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and leadership development. His diverse experience across real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial sectors has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of people strategy and business transformation.
