Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 — Nationwide India has appointed Siva Rama Krishna Yedla as AVP, Head of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Technology, where he will lead the India technology organization responsible for designing, building, and scaling next-generation P&C insurance platforms. In his new role, Siva will spearhead engineering initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence (AI), advanced data, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering to accelerate Nationwide’s digital transformation and strengthen technology capabilities that support millions of members worldwide.
Bringing more than 21 years of leadership experience across insurance, asset servicing, capital markets, and financial technology, Siva Rama Krishna Yedla has built a distinguished career delivering enterprise technology transformation for global financial institutions. Prior to joining Nationwide India, he spent more than five years at Northern Trust, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Servicing Technology & Site Lead. In this leadership position, he oversaw strategic technology initiatives while driving engineering excellence and organizational growth across the India technology center.
Earlier at Northern Trust, Siva served as Vice President, Head of Global Fund Services IT – Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting & Private Equity, leading technology strategy and delivery across critical asset servicing platforms supporting the company’s global operations. Before joining Northern Trust, he was part of Fidelity Investments, where he served as Director, Fixed Income Technology and previously as Senior Manager, Fidelity Institutional Technology, leading engineering teams and delivering technology solutions supporting institutional investment and fixed-income businesses.
Siva also spent more than 11 years with Infosys, progressing through senior consulting roles, including Lead Consultant, Financial Service Consulting – Capital Markets and Senior Consultant. During this period, he worked extensively with global financial services clients across capital markets, technology consulting, and enterprise transformation initiatives in India and the United States. He began his professional journey as a Consultant at Target HR, building early experience in technology consulting before embarking on a long and successful leadership career in financial technology.
With deep expertise spanning insurance technology, asset servicing, capital markets, enterprise engineering, cloud technologies, AI-enabled transformation, and large-scale technology leadership, Siva is well positioned to help Nationwide India advance its vision of transforming Property & Casualty insurance through innovative digital platforms.
