Atlanta, Georgia, United States, July 2026 — Trimont has appointed Malvika Jhangiani as its Chief People Officer. In her new role, she will lead the company’s global People and Culture strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee benefits, and HR operations while supporting Trimont’s continued global growth.
Malvika joins Trimont with more than 25 years of global human resources leadership experience, having built a distinguished career leading people strategy, organizational transformation and leadership development across multinational organizations. She is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, driving enterprise transformation and enabling business growth through people-focused strategies.
Prior to joining Trimont, Malvika served as Chief Human Resources Officer at FARO Technologies for around two years, where she led the global human capital strategy for the publicly traded technology company operating across 28 countries. She partnered closely with the CEO, executive leadership team and Board of Directors to drive organizational design, leadership transformation and cultural alignment.
Earlier, she spent approximately three years as Vice President – Human Resources at Newell Brands, providing strategic HR leadership for the company’s multi-billion-dollar Writing and Baby businesses and supporting more than 5,000 employees globally.
Before that, Malvika served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Advanced Agrilytics for around one year, where she led all aspects of the people function during a high-growth phase for the private equity-backed digital agriculture company.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly 13 years with Monsanto Company, progressing through multiple senior HR leadership roles across compensation, commercial operations, manufacturing, corporate strategy and global information technology. During her tenure, she played a key role in workforce planning, digital transformation, organizational effectiveness, leadership development and global HR strategy.
Prior to Monsanto, Malvika held HR consulting and organizational development leadership roles with Cadbury Schweppes, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, where she developed deep expertise in organization design, compensation, leadership development and human capital consulting across multiple industries.
Malvika holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, one of India’s leading institutions for management and social sciences.
