Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2026 — Emirates NBD has promoted Gmasha Mubarak to the role of Senior HR Business Partner, recognizing her strong contributions to the organization’s people strategy and business transformation initiatives.
In her expanded role, Gmasha will continue partnering closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities, strengthen workforce capability, support leadership development, enhance employee engagement, and drive talent initiatives that contribute to sustainable business growth across the bank.
Gmasha has been part of Emirates NBD for more than four years, most recently serving as HR Business Partner – Manager, where she worked closely with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and talent management programs. Her promotion reflects a successful progression within one of the Middle East’s leading banking institutions.
Prior to joining Emirates NBD, she served as Employee Relations Manager at Deem Finance, leading employee relations initiatives and strengthening workplace practices. Earlier, she worked as Talent Acquisition Partner at Al-Futtaim, supporting strategic hiring initiatives across the organization.
Before that, Gmasha spent over four years with Dunia Finance, progressing from HR Executive to Manager – Emiratization & Recruitment, where she played a key role in talent acquisition, nationalization initiatives, and workforce planning. She began her HR career with Emaar Hospitality Group as a Human Resources Officer, gaining foundational experience in human resources operations within the hospitality sector.
Over the course of her career, Gmasha has built expertise across Strategic HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Emiratization, Workforce Planning, Leadership Advisory, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Recruitment Strategy, Performance Management, Change Management, and People Strategy.
Her promotion reinforces Emirates NBD’s commitment to developing internal leadership talent while strengthening its strategic people capabilities across the organization.
