This strategic hiring, effective April 2024, marks a pivotal step for Anmol as it continues to expand its presence in the competitive biscuit and snacks market.
Abhijit Chakraborty brings a wealth of experience, with over two decades of strategic human resources management across several leading corporations. Prior to joining Anmol Industries, Chakraborty was the Head of HR for the East Zone at Bajaj Allianz Life, where he served from 2020 to 2024. During his tenure, he ascended through ranks from Senior Manager to Chief Manager and eventually Associate Vice President of HR, significantly enhancing the HR functions and contributing to the company’s growth.
Before his role at Bajaj Allianz Life, Chakraborty was a Regional Head at Tata Group from 2011 to 2019, managing extensive HR operations and initiatives that bolstered Tata’s workforce and organizational capabilities. His career also includes impactful stints at HSBC and Bharti Airtel, where he developed key HR strategies that supported business objectives and growth.
