Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Abhimanyu Sen has been appointed as the Group CHRO at Allana Group, where he will lead the organization’s human resources strategy across its diverse business verticals. With a career spanning over two decades in HR leadership, organizational transformation, and workforce strategy, Abhimanyu brings a wealth of experience in talent management, business optimization, and leadership development to his new role.
Prior to joining Allana Group, Abhimanyu served as Head of Human Resources at Mahindra Group for eight years, overseeing HR strategy for multiple businesses, including Mahindra Home Finance, Mahindra Electric Vehicle Technology Center, and Mahindra Ford Automotive Pvt. Ltd. He played a critical role in organizational restructuring, workforce optimization, and business transformation initiatives, while also driving HR integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.
Before Mahindra Group, he was with GE for five years, where he led HR initiatives across GE Power, GE Oil & Gas, and GE Capital. His tenure at GE was marked by significant HR transformation projects, global talent management, and leadership coaching. Earlier, he worked at Kotak Life Insurance as Zonal HR Head for South and West, overseeing HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement across multiple geographies.
Abhimanyu has also held key HR roles at EY and ICICI Bank, where he was responsible for human capital strategy, business advisory services, and leadership development programs. His expertise in change management, HR integration, and employee experience has made a lasting impact across the organizations he has worked with.
Abhimanyu holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Additionally, he has completed the Global Program in Management Development from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
