Siemens Healthineers appoints Adrian Quesada as the new Country Head of Human Resources for Canada. Adrian brings to Siemens Healthineers a rich background with over 15 years of experience in human resources management across various industries.
Prior to joining Siemens Healthineers, Adrian served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Baxter International Inc., where from November 2022 to March 2024, he played a crucial role in overseeing human resources operations and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. His tenure at Baxter was marked by significant improvements in HR processes and enhanced employee engagement strategies.
Before Baxter, Adrian spent more than eight years at The Home Depot Canada, culminating in a role as Manager of Human Resources. There, he was instrumental in driving HR initiatives that supported business goals and enhanced workforce productivity and satisfaction. He also held key HR roles at Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories and FGF Brands, where he developed expertise in labor relations, talent management, and strategic planning.
Adrian’s earlier roles include positions at Sherritt International and Kohl & Frisch Limited, where he honed his skills in HR management and safety coordination, laying a strong foundation for his leadership in human resources.
